Booking Policy

1. Pricing Structure

  • All readings are charged based on a per-hour rate. Any time extending beyond the hour will incur an additional fee of $45 per 15 minutes.

2. Client Expectations

  • Skeptical clients are welcome; however, respectful behavior is essential. I kindly request all clients to enter sessions with an open, embracing energy to facilitate a positive experience.

3. One-on-One Readings

  • For optimal accuracy and to ensure each client feels safe and open, I only offer one-on-one readings.

  • From past experience, I have found that having others present can hinder the flow and vulnerability needed for a meaningful reading. For example, during a past session with two sisters, unexpected secrets surfaced, causing discomfort and interruption. Therefore, to avoid such situations, I recommend all sessions remain private.

4. Urgent Readings

  • Urgent readings are available as 45-minute psychic readings only (mediumship is excluded).

  • These sessions are conducted outside of standard hours and are subject to availability, excluding public holidays.

  • Please Note: No refunds or cancellations are available for urgent readings. Payment is required in advance, and all other terms apply.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • All services redeemed with a gift voucher are subject to standard cancellation policies.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • When booking an appointment, you reserve a dedicated space in my calendar. To ensure fairness to all clients, I ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment time will receive a full refund (100%).

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

    • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, payable within 24 hours to confirm the new booking.

    • If rescheduling is not possible, or if the cancellation fee is not paid within 24 hours, the appointment may be canceled, and a partial refund issued, less any applicable cancellation fees.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Example: Refunds to PayPal will be returned to your PayPal account, and credit card payments will be refunded to the respective card.

  • Please Note: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
